Han See，从这个月起我们Office的Petrol Rate会起到RM0。45 Per KM给Engineer。我什么都不能做只能用很世界末日的心情很无奈的眼神看着他心想，What About My Salaryyyyy Boss！！！
对！RM2。70每公升！！从之前的RM1。92每公升去到现在的RM2。70每公升！！天啊！今日即时生效，没有一定点的心理准备，没有商量的余地，就要人家接受相差了40%的天价！！！真是说不通叻！
油起价，给罗！
米起价，给罗！
电起价，给罗！
面包起价，给罗！
奶粉起价，给罗！
吃的起价，给罗！
喝的起价，给罗！
用的起价，给罗！
学费起价，给罗！
医药费起价，给罗！

he did it right, and did it at right time too. he will definately continue to be success in his business world.
when things happen, such as prices increased... the company should take the move to support, and NOT to reduce / cut down the expenses.
this is not right at all in the economy.
many companies are practicing to cut down expenses, such as no delivery will be provide for any purchase below RM1000.00 or scheduling to do delivery according to specific location in alternate working days.
sound logic to u? do u think it will work? for me, if i am the decision maker... i will increase the budget for employees' allowance. to make them continue work efficiently, or even more work against the competitors and survive from this 'price increase' issue.
beside that, focusing in sales and support are very important steps. and not the another way round to focus in payment 'collection'.
nowadays, i m seeing all people are cutting down, and doing collection. without sales...do u think it will work?

... about weight gaining, hahahaa...not too sure it will happen or not. cause food are getting more costly. HAHAHA HAHAAA!
hey man, do you know why he increase not? That is because our company's petrol rate is the super low rate in the Malaysia leh and the salary also leh, if he still dont want to increase the petrol rate for the staff then he might end up running off this company by himself loh!!
